1. What types of registration are there?

Event Registration

There are three types of registration used for access to a webcast.  The following is a brief definition of each:

Closed Regististration - This is when your User Name and Password are pre-assigned. Participants who are not given a User Name and a Password cannot attend.

Open Registration - This event allows you to register yourself if you know the URL. The organization inviting you to the event will send you a URL. This is meant for events where it is desired for the participants to be tracked, but anyone who has the URL can attend.

Info Registration - This is a much simpler form for your participants to fill out and it still enables you to track usage. No username or password is required.

None - This is meant for events where tracking of who attended the event is not required.

2. Why do I need to register?

Event registration is used to keep track of people who are attending the event.  We also use the information gathered for statistical purposes and support assistance.

3. What user name should I use?

You can use any user name, but choose one that is easy to remember.

4. What should I choose for a password?

You can use any password, but choose one that is easy to remember. Please make sure this is a non-sensitive password.
